Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with TMI Skin! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll do our best to help.
All items are handmade to order and not subject to refund. We do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange. We do not refund or exchange products if it has caused a reaction. Please ensure that you do a patch test on a clear area of skin for at least three days prior to adding the products to your daily skincare routine. All international order sales are final, as we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You'll then receive your money back within 5 working days.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, with imagery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please report any errors within 3 days of delivery. We are not liable for lost packages where tracking status indicates "item delivered".
